OutfitMaker.ai solves a simple problem: you own enough clothes, you just can’t see them all at once. Take photos of what you have, and the AI handles the rest. categorizing by type, color, season, and occasion. Each morning, it generates outfit suggestions based on your local weather, your calendar, and what you haven’t worn recently.

The app uses Google Gemini for multimodal outfit analysis (it actually sees your clothes. texture, fabric, color matching) and Replicate for background removal. The entire stack runs on Rails 8.1 with Hotwire for real-time interactions, deployed on Railway.

Currently live with a freemium model. Free users get basic wardrobe management and limited daily suggestions. Premium subscribers (€7.99/month) get unlimited AI suggestions, style analytics, and priority processing.
