About Meridian Build

One person, multiple products, constant iteration. Meridian Build is the name I gave this practice of designing, building, and shipping software products as a solo developer.

The Person

I'm Marco, a solo developer building digital products. I write code, design interfaces, handle infrastructure, do marketing, answer support emails, and everything else that comes with running software as a one-person operation. My assistant Pepe helps keep things moving.

My primary stack is Ruby on Rails for backend work, with React and TypeScript when the project calls for it. I care about shipping working software quickly, writing code that's easy to change, and building things people actually use.

The Philosophy

Find real problems, build focused solutions, ship early, learn from users, and improve. No feature bloat. No enterprise sales cycles. No raising a round to hire 20 people before finding product-market fit.

It's not a company with employees or an office. It's a solo operation: one person, multiple products, constant iteration.

Current Focus

Right now, most of my energy goes into OutfitMaker.ai, an AI wardrobe management app that's live with paying users. On the side, I'm building FastPass.email, an escrow-based messaging platform.

The Blog

I write about what I learn while building. Technical deep-dives into Rails, AI integration, frontend architecture. Honest numbers about growth, revenue, and what marketing strategies work at the indie scale.

The tone is personal and direct. I write about mistakes as much as successes. There's enough polished marketing content in the world. I'd rather be useful than impressive.
